Stock #4420SY - mechanism that moves pulling pin does not work. Press gas pedal and turn key for engine & crowd sounds, move hand lever up to increase engine speed sounds and what would have made pulling post move electronically. Pulling sled weight moves up as it's pulled forward. Some of the flags along railing are broken or missing, some of the railing attachment posts are broken off, rails could be glued into place. Includes 4 people figures, hoist and concession stand. Made in 1996 by Ertl, all plastic, no box, 27" L x 13" W x 9" H, for ages 8 & up. Vintage, older out of production toy. Non-working pulling mechanism, USED, AS IS.
