All cast metal with dual rubber tires with bright yellow plastic rims, black plastic window inserts, articulated steering, standard hole-style hitch. New in the original box, box is plain brown box with water stains and damage on the sides and bottom. Made in the U.S.A. in 1989 by Scale Models, no box, 17" L x 9" H x 8½" W, for ages 14 & up. Item is out of a private collection. Vintage, older out of production toy. AS IS.
